Great Location
4/5 The size of the condo is just about right for 2 adults and it is in a great location to walk to Rotary Park and several restaurants. It’s a great location for driving in Havasu, too. The pool and hot tub area is nice and easy to walk to from the condo. They also offer activities on Friday nights that visitors are invited to go to - just check the bulletin board by the mailboxes. This condo has an RO water system which was a big plus to us. On the downside, more specific directions need to be given for the condo location specifically for those guests arriving at night. It was rather unnerving to have to go searching around corners using your phone as a flashlight. It was helpful to have the actual phone number for a contact if needed. The parking is a bit tight and we didn’t appreciate snide comments from a grumpy neighbor. Apparently, he thought we should park in the guest parking area. If that would help keep the peace maybe suggest that in your notes. Maybe we are just Old School but it would help if the unit had some type of cable TV for local TV. And /or give better directions on the use of the TVs. It would also be helpful if there was more of a variety of dishes and better pots & pans with lids. It was great that you provided pool towels but more regular bath towels need to be provided. With all that being said, we would probably stay there again - that’s the deal with rentals you never know what you are going to get!

4/5 Several stains on the rugs, no broom or dust pan to sweep, screen door needs attention, all in all enjoyed our stay & would consider returning next year. Loved the area.
