4th of July with family and friends at the river
5/5 This place is great, the pictures really don't do this place justice. It was very clean and well kept. Everything was just as advertised or better, not one problem in the 5 days we were there. I would highly recommend this house for a worry free and fun time. We will definitely see if it is available first the next time we want to go to Lake Havasu.

Great family memories
5/5 We had a great time. The property is well maintained and clean. The pool was awesome especially when coming back from the lake , cooled off just right. My grandchildren had a lot of fun playing in the game room. The house was nice a cool and we were able to sleep all night.

Perfect vacation
5/5 We booked this house for a trip for our Simon and his friends as his senior trip for graduating high school. This home was absolutely perfect for us and the boys!!! It had parking for the boat on the side of the house and plenty of games and the pool for everyone to have fun after our days at the lake. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and feed a bunch of boys. The owners were amazing! So kind and helpful. The home was spotless and beautiful! We will make it a yearly trip and will definitely plan it around when we can get this home again!!!
