Owner's response: "Tariq, we are very sorry that you had issues with the AC and we wish you had reached out to us immediately so that we could have taken care of the issue with the AC. We would have had service people out to do what they could to make sure you were comfortable.
We have replaced the AC unit in the house with a brand-new one and it's working great! Please know that we are here to assist all our guests with their needs, we're only a phone call away.

4/5 This is a lovely home which is well supplied with items you may need. Nice patio in back to enjoy the view of the mountains. Great location for the popular birding areas. Nice to be able to pull into the garage to unload luggage/groceries. Had absolutely no mice issues which was mentioned in a previous review.
