  Cabin was dirty. Sheets and blankets weren't clean and lots of bugs esp spiders. My wife got lice they said they would reimburse us 100 of the 1100 we paid but we had to wash all the sheets, pillow cases, blankets go buy treatment and they never reimbursed us the 100$. Braided rug cabin will forever be remembered as the nightmare on County road. Don't recommend it.

  - Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to address a few points to clarify the situation.
  - Before your stay, I called to inform you about the spider issue and even offered you the option to cancel for a full refund. You declined, saying you were comfortable with it. To ensure future guests have a more pleasant experience, I have since hired exterminators to address the matter thoroughly.
  - As for the lice concern, a quick search will show that lice have a gestation period of about 6–10 days, meaning they would not have hatched during your stay with us, which was just three nights. Given this timeline, it’s likely that the lice were brought to the cabin rather than contracted there. We took additional steps after your stay by having the cabin professionally sanitized but chose not to charge you an extra cleaning fee.
  - Lastly, I apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the reimbursement. It’s unfortunate you didn’t reach out to us directly about this, as we would have been happy to assist.

• Perfect Location

  We loved the location of this property. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of town and yet so close. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked which made for a perfect extended weekend getaway. We enjoyed the afternoon storms and wildlife viewing from all angles of the wrap around deck. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner glass of wine. We also enjoyed the game room where we completely a couple of puzzles. We will definitely consider renting this cabin again.

  This is a great cabin. Lots of trees and wildlife but close to trails and town. Has great amenities. We stay here every year and still love it!
