the complex was good we had an old outdated rental. short on needed utensils, we bought skillet, and kitchen utensils. furnished with estate/garage furniture. The bare light bulb was the bathroom lighting, and the exhaust fan didn't work. Only one key in the lock box and the lock on the door knob was disabled, only the dead bolt worked. this particular rental I would not recommend to anyone.

wonderful little retreat

A clean and safe and well stocked little get away. A few minor complaints, like the bare light in the bathroom and a fussy TV, but overall it was great. We would repeat our stay for sure!

the place was way overpriced. others were renting for 1000.00 a month not what you charged. It was just ok for cleanliness. A collection of garage sale or estate sales furniture . Old and dingy. The bath had a bare bulb fixture in the bath The exhaust fan didn't work , shower was like a piss water stream, nasty. The furnace worked sorta. Only one key was there for us and the door lock was disabled, only the dead bolt locked. had to buy a skillet and some cooking utensils. Had only four plates, the t.v. was a nightmare, streaming only.

Finally I have no problem with the Jewish religion, but I didn't need a menorah and old glass vases sitting all over. Over all a failure, I will never use your service again and I will inform any and all if asked how it was and who was the service.

Clean and close to everything

Pet friendly! Comfortable stay! The property was stocked just as it was described.

The condo a ground floor unit that opens up to a common area that is shared by residents. It has outdoor tables and chairs. The property also has plenty of parking, including handicapped spaces and a community pool.

Prior reviews mentioned issues visitors had regarding lack of basic items such as a toilet paper, paper towels etc. I did not have these issues.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not cook much during my stay. I used the microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

There are many great restaurants in the area. I’ve had great dining experiences at : Los Agaves, El Rodio and Manuel’s Mexican food. Sushi Lin, Dominick’s, Mountain View Cafe and Bakery, The Grill at Quail Creek.

I had an issue trying to get the dishwasher to start. It clearly was operator error. I’d recommend the owner consider providing visitor instructions and it would quickly eliminate the few issues I had.

The stacking washer and dryer was in a hall closet. The fit was tight and I had an issue with not being able to open the dryer door because it was blocked from the closet door.

The owner responded quickly and sent housekeeping quickly to address the issues. She was so kind and helpful! I’d give her FIVE STARS.

I Contacted the owner the first day I arrived because I have an allergic reaction to air fresheners, plug ins and other scents. The five star housekeeper came in and immediately removed them.

The location is walking distance from one of the largest recreation centers in Green Valley where you can get guest passes and is a block away from a shopping center with Safeway, CVS, several shops and restaurants including Maria’s Restaurant (recommended).

Things I would recommend the owner consider:

Adding visitor instructions that also tells guests where the pool key 🔑 is located.

Adding a vacuum. The unit is nicely tiled, but having a vacuum would help to keep the large area rug in the living room clean.

Avoid using air fresheners, scented candles, plug ins.

Upgrading the towels for the bathroom and consider adding a couple of pool towels.

Adding a few basic spices for guests to use in the kitchen.

My pets and I were comfortable and I would consider booking this unit again.

However, If you are looking for top amenities and a five star vacation stay, this is not the unit for you.
