Spacious, well located house with a few foibles
3/5 We stayed at your place April 4-7. Great location, very spacious, overall not a bad stay.The house had a great layout, accommodating our whole family. Easy access, to golf, tennis, Wigwam, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Good stream in the shower. All appliances worked well.Excellent wifi, and TV ammenities.Parking for four cars.Neighborhood was quiet.A few issues:The house alarm made some noises over night on April 6-7, not sure why. It woke up everyone at 2am and 4 am.There were no pillow covers on the pillows in the small bedroom and the bunk bed bedroom. Only pillows in shams.The BBQ gas tank ran out halfway though cooking dinner.The upholstery on the outside furniture was very stained.Overall, not a bad stay, but could be even better with some tweaking.D Johnson

Great house for Guardians Spring Training
5/5 Loved the house. Very clean! Conveniently located to spring training fields. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. I would probably update some of the furniture if I was the owner, but certainly a five star for us and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Goodyear House
5/5 Wonderful stay in Goodyear “home” for our visit with family. Plenty of space for everyone and everything you could possibly need - just need to hit the grocery store. Jared was a prompt host who took care of minor issues we encountered - immediately. Close to freeway access, stores & parks. Only regret, pool was not heated so need to return in warmer months.
Perfect stay
5/5 This house was perfect for our family Christmas! We traveled from two different states to meet up for Christmas. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. This house gave us plenty of room for visiting and sleeping. The pool would certainly have been nice if the weather had been warmer! Highly recommend!
