5/5 Very nice updated home in quiet neighborhood in the Islands. Appliances are new and work great. Property Management was responsive and easy to access. Only wish there was an ESPN subscription on cable. Backyard is beautiful and very private.

Wonderful stay!
5/5 We had a great month's stay at this property! The property owner and property manager were accessible, responsive, and very friendly. When we walked in, the condition of the home was amazing - fresh, clean, beautifully decorated. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful back yard. Usually rental/hotel photos "over-sell" properties - but in our opinion the photos of this home don't do the backyard justice. It's really well designed with pretty landscaping, high quality stone surrounding the pool. The pool is large and in perfect condition. There are several comfortable seating areas outside both in and out of the sun. The BBQ grill is of very good quality and condition. The neighborhood is very nice - quiet neighbors and close to all shopping/dining/and recreation options. We will always have fond memories of our month at this home!

Amazing stay!
5/5 This property is top notch! We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The property is clean, neat, and nicely furnished. The property owner and property manager were both easily accessible when we had questions - their response was always quick and they were both very friendly. The backyard was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The pool is very large and in perfect condition and the backyard is nicely landscaped. There is much more comfortable seating than the pictures show - there are several outdoor seating areas both in and out of the glorious Arizona sunshine. The home is located near many shopping, dining, and activity options. (The Gilbert Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings is great). The home is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood - nicely landscaped homes with green areas and parks nearby. Our stay at this property was wonderful and we will always have fond memories of our stay. We would highly recommend this property.
Winter getaway
5/5 Sun bathing and swimming in February was a welcome break from the harsh Midwest winter. This is a very nice property in a quiet upscale neighborhood close to a grocery store and multiple places to eat.
