• Cute and great location but….

  The condo is very cute and conveniently located. Getting in was a problem since the key was not in the lockbox and the code on the front door had been changed. The host did not respond and I, and my 375 dollars in groceries that were picked up on the way, had to get a hotel for the night. Although I was credited back for the one night and the groceries that perished, I was not compensated for the room I had to rent while not getting in. As far as house being equipped for guests; I stayed for 15 days. There were no knives, no baking sheets, no baking dishes…. I had to purchase all of that just so I could cook meals. Cutting my zucchini with a butter knife and sautéing in an egg pan was not ideal. There are 3 pots and one tiny frying pan. There are not extra blankets, sheet sets, etc for the beds either. I would say this rental is good for a short stay.

  Could not get in upon arriving due to no key in the lock box, key was in a second lock box but did not have combination, eventually got in. The unit was cold upon arriving & the thermostat was not user friendly at all, a smart thermostat system, had to wait the next day for system to be reprogramed. The cable TV system was faulty, sound kept cutting in & out on all channels the entire stay there. The kitchen could use a few more items stocked such as a set of coffee mugs, set of wine glasses, set of smaller glass tumblers. Otherwise was a very nice stay, good location & price.
