Great house with plenty of space
4/5 We were in town for a wedding at the ADERO Resort and it was very convenient. The house itself is very nice and clean. Some of the bathrooms could use some updating. The reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars has more to do with the rental management company than the property. We had an issue with the ice maker that it appeared to be turned off. After googling how to open it we still couldn’t get it open and didn’t want to damage it. I texted the rental company contact once that evening but never heard back. We purchased a bag of ice and I texted again the next afternoon. This time they did respond with “so sorry to hear that” but no offer to help.

Girls trip and our friends 70th birthday
5/5 Very beautiful views. Great location and quiet. The bathrooms could use a little updating. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely want to stay there again and will recommend.

Fountain Hills Review
5/5 Fantastic property! Well layerd out with plenty of room. The backyard is an oasis with unreal views of the Mountains. The hosts were great. A short walk to nice little downtown area.
