Beautiful location

Terrific location for hiking & pet friendly
5/5 We arrived late June and stayed for a full week with our two Irish Terriers. The location was ideal for us because we wanted to be out of Flagstaff proper and near hiking which this property nailed 100%. Also, it was perfect for our dogs because the yard was large and fully fenced.
The temps were warm and humid during the day with thunderstorms rolling through daily but the mini-split air conditioning kept the living space comfortable. It was a safe neighborhood and at night we just opened the bedroom window to get things cool. We even had a deer munching outside the window one night at 1 am.
The kitchen was clean, well stocked and all appliances worked well. The washer & dryer were huge and worked great too. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked and there was plenty of hot water.
The TV & WiFi worked perfectly. Our Verizon cellular was xlnt.
Though we had our own supplies, the homeowner supplied ample dog necessities including towels, bowls and even poop bags. It was a nice touch for the pet owner who may forget things. A nice shoe/coat rack at the front door was helpful.
The back yard was spacious and had a nice large picnic table with an umbrella and plenty of extra seating as well. There are some ants in the yard, normal for the area, so if you are ant sensitive be aware of the speedy devils. We had no problem with gnats or mosquitos whatsoever.
And wow, forest access to hiking is right out the door!

Amazing Home in Mountainaire

Family get away
5/5 Great hoke to het away with my brother's and elderly morher. Its hard for all of us to do anything together, but this weekend worked out perfectly! Thank you!!

Mostly good
4/5 Overall the place is good. The house is in good location. The housekeepers did a nice job making things look nice and the upstairs room with trundle twins is awesome for the kids to have their own space. Only two things to note, downstairs there is one bathroom for 6 people/ 3 bedrooms and the queen bed needs replacement.
