  • Flagstaff stay

    This property is in a quiet easy to access neighborhood. Close to the highway and exit. We used Flagstaff as our hub and drove to the Grand Canyon and other historical site. Nothing was too far away.

    I did not appreciate the lack of communication about there being no A/C. I was surprised when I arrived, and then later found it hidden in the description about 1000 words in, about no air conditioning. And it was hot. This should be clearly communicated upfront in the description.

    - The listing does clearly state that there is no A/C, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs
    - Many homes in Flagstaff, including ours, do not have A/C due to typically mild temperatures in the summer, and the high elevation provides cooler overnight temperatures. We do provide as many fans as possible to help keep the home cool

    We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and this homeowner can continue to provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for!

  • Too many stairs

    First the directions to check in were incorrect. It says keyless entry. Listing says keyless entry. Keypad would not work. Called property manager, she told us we needed to use a the key box to get key. That was never communicated to us. And we were very upset that the listing did not say All bedrooms are on second floor. It just says stairs are required, which we thought were the stairs to get into the condo. My husband has very limited mobility in his left leg. If the listing would have said all bedrooms are on second floor we would have not booked this property. We went to wash dishes in dishwasher and it wouldn’t come on Drain in shower would not drain and the tub was filling up. My husband checked drain and it was full of disgusting hair. We have pictures. The deck outside was filthy and covered in debris. We just left a property in Page that was “Guest experience” oriented. This property is a great example of someone buying a property throwing a little money at it and renting it out with no regard for the customer experience.

    We have pictures of all thing’s mentioned. And would like to speak to someone about a refund.

    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address the issues you raised.
    - We strive to provide accurate information to our guests to ensure they can make informed decisions when booking. We can confirm the listing clearly indicates that stairs are required for access to the property, which may pose difficulties for guests with limited mobility.
    - We apologize for the inconvenience with the keypad. It stopped working, and I promptly added a lockbox with the same code for your convenience. I'm currently working to repair the keypad as soon as possible. The listing has been updated to reflect the presence of a lockbox.
    - The dishwasher was repaired in early April, and I was informed that it was in working condition. However, upon inspection before your check-in, it was found to be non-functional. Another appointment was scheduled, and a part that hadn't been properly installed was identified and fixed, ensuring it is now operational.
    - The outdoor deck is subject to natural elements such as wind and debris. While we strive to maintain cleanliness, please understand that there are limitations, especially in windy conditions. Our cleaner ensures the deck is cleaned between guests, but if there are specific concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
    - We have measures in place to prevent clogging, including a hair catcher in the drain. I have instructed our cleaner to ensure the hair catcher is emptied between stays. It's possible that this was overlooked, but it's also worth noting that personal hair accumulation may have contributed to the issue. We wish you had reached out to the guest contact during your stay and given us the opportunity to address your concerns with the shower and deck. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address any concerns you may have had for a more comfortable stay. 
    Your feedback is valuable to us, and we're committed to improving the guest experience.
