Cottonwood Gem
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this funky, eclectic home in Cottonwood. It was exactly as described. Cottonwood was the perfect central location for side trips to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, and Camp Verde. Sandra, the property manager, was very prompt and helpful, in answering any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

5/5 Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, it's very close to quaint Cottonwood and maybe 25 minutes from Sedona. Two spacious bedrooms. My wife remarked about how soft the sheets were.
Kitchen gear worked fine, and there's a nice living area with a big screen TV and accompanying electronics. Big simple yard. Owners had good communication and were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are large and pretty modern. The colors are described as "Artfully Decorated". We'd call them funky and fun.
Take the Verde Canyon Railroad adventure - That was the trip highlight! See the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona. Downtown Cottonwood and Sedona have touristy downtowns. Go to the Merkin Winery and Restaurant on the hill in Cottonwood.
Glad we went. Glad we stayed here.
