This was the perfect home to stay in during our Cottonwood visit. Everything was so clean and inviting - all we needed was provided for! Great location too - a quick walk into town to enjoy all the shops & restaurants. It was very quiet as well - tucked away just off the main street into town. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short, but we would certainly stay here again on future trips! I highly recommend this property to anyone coming up to enjoy Cottonwood and the surrounding areas.
My family and I stayed in this cozy cottage in Cottonwood, and we loved it!
The home was fairly easy to find during the day, but would be a little challenging at night. The owners, who live in the home at the front of the property, placed a solar powered sign that has the number of the house on the fence. At night, this lights up like a reflector and is fairly easy to see if you are looking for it.
NOTE: The driveway is very narrow to get back to the cottage. I would not suggest staying here if you have a large truck.
The beds were comfortable, and the couches and recliner were comfy as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and they have salt/pepper/olive oil. The garbage bags are small for the can, but we just took the garbage out each day.
The back porch was quaint and we enjoyed our coffee out there each morning. There are some ants and a big spider web connected to the bench outside.... just be aware if you don't like spiders.
There were a couple of issues we had to deal with while we were there and the owner was prompt in their response.
Overall, this was a great little cottage and we will be back!
From the owner: "Thank you Jenell, I'm glad we were able to make everything right for you! A couple of clarifications: Our awesome tenant, Joey, lives full-time in the front house.
The driveway is wide enough for a full-size truck (I have a Tundra) but a truck with dualies will have problems!!
We hope to host you again soon!!"
Perfect location! Walking distance to all restaurants and wine tasting! House was clean and is stocked with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable.
We loved our stay at the Old Town Cottonwood Cottage. Cottage is cute and cozy, everything you need. It is located right in the downtown area, so super easy to walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Nice having a washer and dryer, we were able to do laundry before we went back home. The weather was beautiful and sitting on the little porch in the rocking chairs was nice in the morning with cup of coffee, very relaxing. We brought our two small dogs with us, and the back yard area was an easy spot for them to go to the bathroom. The cottage is two bedrooms and 1 bath, perfect size for 2, possibly a 3rd, but not sure we would be so comfortable with another couple (we like our space though). The ONLY thing we didn't like was the bed (larger bed). It is a hard bed and we slept horribly all 3 nights but everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Loved everything about it (except the bed). Awesome location, cute little place, dog friendly, walk everywhere, it was awesome. Bed was too hard for us, that is just our opinion, only complaint.
