Wonderful house with an amazing surrounding area.
5/5 The house is located on a very charming back street surrounded by small farms and animals in almost every yard. Very quiet and comfortable area, still close by to shops and the center of Cottonwood.
The house itself is very charming and well decorated. All the rooms were very inviting and comfortable and the amenities were very accurately described and very useful.
We received texts before our trip confirming the stay and some information about our check in. There were rules and information right as we stepped in the door that included a lot of information on how to keep the house warm or cool which was very helpful.
Overall, a very comfortable and welcome place to stay. Highly recommended.

Comfortable home
4/5 There were 4 of us ladies staying at this house and it was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were perfect, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. We really enjoyed the fire pit out back. The house is set in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by shade trees, very peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay in this house again. The one thing I would caution you is this house is NOT handicap accessible. If you have trouble with stairs this place is not for you. There are stairs to get in the front door with no railings, the same to get in the back yard.

5/5 House was as advertised. Clean and roomie. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to town and places to go to. Probery manager was very helpful.
Spacious place, if not a little outdated
4/5 The house was big and spacious and very clean. Nice location 20 minutes from Sedona. The pool table offered our group many fun times. Some downsides:-The chess set on the chess table is missing some pieces-The hot tub cover is broken-There is a donald trump board game prominently on display upstairs-the wifi is very slow
