PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 300 N Gila Springs Blvd, Unit 232, Chandler, AZ 85226
- Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing the Property:
- Locate the U.S. Egg Restaurant:
- When you arrive, look for the entrance with the U.S. Egg restaurant nearby. This will be your reference point to access the residential area
- Proceed Down the Street:
- After entering through the U.S. Egg entrance, drive straight down the street. You’ll know you’re on the correct path when you see palm trees lining the road and residential buildings in the background. Continue until the townhomes appear on your right side
- Identify Townhouse Building 7:
- Locate Building 7, which is the townhouse building. It will be the fourth condo down from the entrance near the U.S. Egg. Walk along the pathway lined with shrubs, leading up to the gated entrance
- Access the Gate Using the Lockbox:
- At the gate, find the lockbox positioned at the bottom left side. Use the code 1993 to open the lockbox and retrieve the gate key

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is next to the front gate. The code is 1993
- Enter the Gate and Head Up to Unit 232:
After passing through the gate, locate the outdoor staircase leading up to the second level. Unit 232 will be at the top of the stairs. Use the provided door code, 2014, to unlock the door and enter the property
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
