Comfortable stay with a great host
5/5 Our stay at Xiobin/Sabrina’s property was great! The house had everything we needed and more (including toiletries, food, laundry detergent, bedding, hangers, etc.) The experience felt like staying at a relative’s house meaning the home feels loved, lived in, comfortable, and we felt right at home. Xiobin/Sabrina was very communicative throughout the rental and responded to all our inquiries very timely. She wanted to ensure we had a great stay and was ready to address any need we may have.
Overall pretty good
4/5 Smoke alarm chirped in the mornings in the hallway most likely because of steam coming from shower…house did sit on the corner of a busy street, but the noise wasn’t too bad…house was clean and putting green was handy.

All the conveniences of home
5/5 It was very helpful to have desks in each bedroom. Both of the kids had homework especially the high school sophomore. Each of us had our own space for down time. It was so comfortable. All of this was great but the best thing was the dryer which allowed us to get the towels dry from the morning events at the kids swim meet in time to have them dry for the afternoon session. It's the little things that make the difference. We had all the consciences of home.
