• Horrible Hospitality

  From the start the guest contact was unprofessional, rude, and showed little to no care and concern over the guests. The home in the middle of the Arizona summer has a broken fan in the master bedroom, to which we were initially told was functioning and to locate the remote. The home was at 86 degrees and climbed to nearly 90 with close to 50% humidity. We are from Arizona so we are very familiar with how the summers are and the proper use of ac units, we provided an image of the thermostat and were told “its set perfectly” despite our discomfort. It wasn’t until we reached out to an evolve rep who after communicating with the guest contact that we were told she would lower the temperature in the home. We were shocked to know this was being “controlled” by the guest contact. We asked about the water features in the backyard which never turned on the first day we were told they weren’t a feature for “pleasure” and then later learned the one along the fence line was down. We were told the firepits were down but after discovering for ourselves that they were running properly and were only able to enjoy them the final evening. We were provided a check out of 11:30 by the evolve rep and yet were reached out to at 11:15 am by the guest contact asking if we had left, I responded with yes only later to be harassed via text by the guest contact that we set their cleaning crew behind a day. We will never visit this property again and would not recommend it to others. The guest contact is a poor representation of both the owner and evolve.

  - Regarding the water features, the fountains are part of the pool's filtration system and are not listed as recreational features. We will ensure they are operational for guests who wish to enjoy them.
  - All inquiries were answered before your stay. Including confirmation of an earlier check-in.
  - We regret the oversight regarding the broken ceiling fan in the master bedroom and will ensure it is fixed immediately.
  - We understand the discomfort with the temperature. The A/C system is designed to keep the home within a comfortable range- typically 20-30 degrees cooler than outside- even during the hot Arizona summers. We acknowledge that this may not have met your expectations during your stay.
  - The A/C has been confirmed to cool the house to 75 degrees even with temperatures outside being 106-110 degrees.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests

  Home was better than pictures, very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything needed for eating in and grilling. The backyard was absolutely beautiful! The pool, hot tub and landscaping!

  House was huge and beautiful, our stay was only a weekend but was wonderful!
