Great Place to Stay Centrally Located
5/5 The host was very responsive, providing detailed instructions for check-in/check-out and answering my questions. The location was centrally located to where we needed to be and had a lot of restaurants, take-out spots close by. The place was as advertised, the pictures were as described, and the amenities were great. Highly recommend!

Spring Training Vacation
5/5 I brought my dad and two siblings out to Arizona to watch some spring training baseball and do a little hiking. The house was beautiful and very clean. Avondale is a little bit outside of the city, but we had no issues getting around or finding things to do. We had difficulty with the tv in the main room and the pool was not heated, so with the weather being a little cooler during our stay, swimming was not an option. The property owner communicated with me throughout the process and was very helpful.

Spring Training Trip
5/5 Great property and convenient location to several ballparks. We found the house to be very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The owner is easy to communicate with and we found the house very much to our liking. We would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, the weather was cool and wet so we did not use the pool as we had hoped but we did enjoy the covered patio and fire table on those cool nights. Would reccomend!

Everything we needed
5/5 Had everything we need for 4 adults, 1 child and two teenagers. Grocery store a few blocks away. Easy access to freeway and baseball venues.

Celebrating birthdays
5/5 This was a great place with my 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters to celebrate milestone birthdays. My 70th and one of my daughter’s 40th. The 3 granddaughters had a great time with us since we live a far distance from each other. Loved the pool.
