5/5 I rented this place for a weekend because I was attending a conference in nearby Searcy. It was very clean, and everything was in great shape. The location is great and the property is wonderful. There’s a lot of outdoor games to play, a fire pit, a grill, and a nice outdoor seating area. It’s very affordable too. The town of Pangburn (pop 500) is nice and I ate at four restaurants that were really good. I hope to come back!

Clean & Comfortable
5/5 We needed a place to stay near family members whom we were visiting. This small cottage was quite comfortable and served us well.

River Island Get-away
5/5 What a wonderful and relaxing cottage. The location is dark a quiet, my dogs loved the big yard, it rained so I wasn't able to enjoy the fire-pit, cornhole volleyball/badminton Net or walk the river but will definitely look forward to a return trip. Bring groceries and K-cup coffee pods. I had 3 Bars with Verizon and used "Hotspot" to stream Amazon Movies on the TV with no problem.
There is a skylight which not only provides a nice light during the day but a relaxing sound if it happens to rain during your stay.

Nice location
5/5 Thank you for sharing your home. It was exactly as described in the description. Plenty of room for just the two of us. Not much seating for visiting/TV for 7 people. We had a wonderful and much needed few days of r & r.
