  The house was nicely kept and very comfortable. Everything was as promised and they were very easy with communication. I don’t think this could have gone any smoother. Excellent place to stay and the beds are very comfortable. Very clean.

  We came forba good quiet weekend with the kids. Loved the back porch and the fire pit. Huge yard fir kids to run. Very close to the lake for some fishing. Everything we needed in the kitchen plus a grill and Smoker and Blackstone.

• Needs Maintenance and better Cleaning

  I might have given a 3 star overall rating if I had not been paying eclipse rates and then accused of taking a set of queen sheets.

  Arrival was OK, normal checkin stuff though master bathroom towels had clearly just been folded and rehung with hair and toothpaste (I guess) visible which makes you question everything... Wifi password listed incorrect case and punctuation. Which took guessing to figure out. Kind of important in a rural area where none of our cell phones from various services work.

  Bedding seems like a top priority in a rental and was definitely lacking. The master bedroom sheets were some stretchy worn material, fully pilled from use. There were only a set of sheets and bedspread available in each room. No other blankets existed in the house. Bed spread cleanliness was questionable.

  Trash can outside was overflowing and not picked up until 3rd day, minor trash around the yard from previous fireworks.

  Master bathroom toilette requires you to hold the lever until full flush is finished. Starter supplies were limited to one roll of toilette paper per bath and a sliver of soap sliced off a bar wrapped in cling wrap. I left them extra toilette paper and a couple pump hand cleaners. I hope that helps.

  Broken lawn chairs, broken porch chair, broken screen door, gas grill grates were mostly rust. Firepit overflowing with ash and yard debris. I can supply pictures.

  Thankfully the eclipse went fine... Use the eclipse rates to do some maintenance.
