Disappointment
1/5 When we drove up to the unit, can’t call it a condo, it looked like a slum. It looks like an old motel or apartment building. First thing we saw was the dumpster right in front of our parking spot. We couldn’t park in that spot and had to use the number 2 spot. Luckily there was no one there. The inside was remodeled so it wasn’t too bad. The floors were dirty and the sink was dirty. There was no closet to hang our clothes and no place to set our suitcase. I had to hang our clothes on the door knob. The unit smelled bad. There is no vent over the stove so whoever stayed in the unit last must have cooked. And the smell is in the curtains and walls. The bed was very hard. I didn’t sleep for the two nights that we were there. The only ac was in the living room so we had to leave the bedroom and bathroom doors open. The furniture was very nice but there was too much for the small space. The occupant upstairs sounded like an elephant walking around. It was very loud. It’s not worth the price. You definitely get what you pay for and I should have known better. I used VRBO in Panama City Beach before and the condo was amazing. This was definitely a big disappointment!

Clean
4/5 The place is clean and all new. We didn’t cook, but has several appliances. Single cup coffee maker. Right on water with a pretty view. The second room is essentially a foyer that closes off. No linens for the two futon beds - only a blanket. Had to do a late night run to Walmart for sheets. Futons are as comfortable as you would expect a futon would be. Swim dock in pictures is half under water.
