5/5 Plenty of sleeping space on comfortable beds. We forgot the Pack-n-play for the 2 yo, fortunately we found one in the king br closet. We didn't find a driveway, but there is plenty of curbside parking. Easy access to Hot Springs Park.

Renter Beware
1/5 Where do I even start!
We stayed at this home for New Year’s Eve, it looked good online. Clean, decent neighborhood etc.
The neighborhood was beyond sketchy, it’s in a run down (bad)old part of town. Many of the surrounding neighbors home’s extremely run down and trashy.
We went in, the home was clean but smelled. We decided we would stay. (There was nothing else available on the holiday last minute … we looked)
We went out for a while, came back to shower and get into bed. The water in the kitchen sink got hot but never in the shower. Luke warm at best.
The walls in the house are paper thin and you can hear everything all night, being in that neighborhood was scary enough so hearing sounds all night we hardly slept.
There was no coffee stocked in the home like most air bnb, no paper towels in the kitchen.. and now since I have reached out and asked for my money back there has been little to no response.
I also reached out the first morning after staying to let them know about everything.
I highly suggest skipping on this house.
