5/5 Wow!! What a nice place. You never now what you’re going to get when you reserve online without really seeing the place in person. This house met our needs to the fullest extent. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable for all of us. All in all, all 11 of us were very happy with our stay .

5/5 Wow!! What a nice place. You never now what you’re going to get when you reserve online without really seeing the place in person. This house met our needs to the fullest extent. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable for all of us. All in all, all 11 of us were very happy with our stay .
Treasure Isle Riverfront Home
2/5 We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this property. The downstairs bath had black mold, the tile floors and carpet were filthy. The AC filter literally had 1/2” of dirt attached to the filter. In addition to the cleanliness issue, we had to purchase items to use in the kitchen, such as mixing bowls and pot holders. The non stick cookware was mostly unusable with scratches and missing surfaces. The trash had not been removed from the outdoor receptacle in so long there were maggots in the driveway.
The home decor was nice and the master bed was very comfortable, but otherwise this property was unacceptable and we will not be returning or recommending this property.

-"Our outdoor trash receptacles are emptied on a weekly basis. We understand that the timing of guest stays and the volume of trash generated can vary, but rest assured that both outdoor trash cans are regularly serviced.
-While none of these concerns were reported during your stay, please rest assured that we are available to promptly address any issues that may arise. This includes tasks such as maintaining outdoor trash bins, scheduling A/C filter replacements for maintenance, and providing new kitchen utensils upon request. Your comfort is of utmost importance to us, and we would have appreciated being informed, especially regarding potential mold issues that may be related to water leaks.
-We intend to replace the upper-level carpeted flooring and are currently planning the replacement or refinishing of the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs portion of the home is already updated with new LVP and tile flooring.
-For any issues or concerns, please use the contact numbers provided in the arrival email and the "Welcome Binder" located upstairs on the entryway table. We are here to assist you with any matters that may arise.
