  Perfect size for our party of 12. Great neighborhood and just what we were needing for our vacation. We only had one pop up question upon arrival and it was answered promptly and politely.

  Very nice house, great location, super clean, property managers were top notch, pool was awesome, plenty of room. Could use some cosmetic updates and pot holders etc. but those things are minor. The space is great and is super close to restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We enjoyed our stay. Our adult children loved the pool table and ping pong. Would definitely stay here again.

  The house has potential but our stay was disappointing. We had the space we needed, and the pool was great. The swing set in the yard is rusted and unstable. The bath towels and pillows were sparse and it was disappointing that the beds and pillows did not have mattress pads or covers. The worst thing is that on our first full day, a smell (stench) developed that we could not trace. We thought it was something in the laundry. The flies in the kitchen were also bad. We left a note about the smell and was notified that old garbage had been left in the locked garage. It was an expensive stay for such disappointing conditions.

• Excellent visit with no issues

  We had a group of 5 adults and 6 kids and everyone enjoyed the stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Highly recommended!

• No pool, no trampoline

  There was no pool as promised, No gas Grill, just a rusted griddle, several wasp nest, sugar ants and large spiders. duck poop all over the property, toliet in the master bedroom wouldnt flush. Old boat and trash on property, Host was not helpful at all. no trampoline. swing unstable , boat slip unstable. would not recommend. this is my sincere review.

  - Firstly, we apologize for any confusion regarding the pool. As mentioned in the listing, it is seasonal, and we did inform you in advance that the pool wouldn't be ready during your stay.
  - Regarding the trampoline, it has been removed due to safety concerns. We understand if this was disappointing for you.
  - We noticed that the windows and doors were left open after your departure, potentially allowing insects into the house.
  - Lastly, we were saddened to find that some of the house rules were not followed, and there was excessive trash left behind during your stay. We kindly remind all guests to please adhere to the guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
