Hot Springs getaway
4/5 This home was very close to the Oakland race track and Hot Springs bathhouse row. Grocery stores were also nearby. The property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the beds were very hard and one of the bedframes squeaked with every small movement, especially if you toss and turn at night. The house has very little insulation and you could hear all the road noise outside the house.
The dishwasher is very inconvenient to use, we did not mind hand washing dishes so it wasn't a problem for us. It was difficult washing the breakfast dishes, and having to have the dishes dried and put away before 10am check out time. It was nice having a dinning area and a living room area. Overall a nice place to stay, very convenient for the places we wanted to visit. ( diamond mine and bathhouse row )

5/5 Excellent place. Would highly recommend. There was an issue with the washer and with in less then a few hours they had a new washer installed. Great location. Will definitely use it again.
