4/5 Hot springs did not disappoint. Plenty of Room for all of us. Great view. Walking distance to pool. Pool was great but pump broke half way through our stay. But there was Plenty to do in area. Saw tons of deer which our kids loved. Thank you for making our first trip to Arkansas memorable!

5/5 Great house and location for our 3 generations. Each household had their own space but plenty of room to eat and play games together on the main floor and patio. Close to activities that appealed to all ages.

Wonderful Place for Families
5/5 This house was perfect for our big family. The rooms and bathrooms downstairs were perfect for all the kids. The owner has done some upgrades that make a big difference. The views from the back porch are worth every penny! We saw a ton of wildlife from the front/back porches. The owner did a great job communicating with me and offered many recommendations for food and activities. I can’t wait to see all the updates she will be doing on this house. We will be back!

Perfect Space
5/5 The multi levels gave our inter generational group some privacy and space to spread out, but the large dining/living areas meant we could all come together. The large table was perfect for games and easily sat all 8 adults. Kitchen was significantly larger than most rentals we’ve stayed in and everything was super clean. There was a lovely view of the lake- especially from the huge patio on the main floor. We saw lots of deer and even a fox as we drove around the area. Very convenient for excursions into Lake Catherine State Park where we kayaked to a waterfall and only 20-30 minutes into Hot Springs.
Great Place for Families
5/5 This place is wonderful for families. The owner has recently done some upgrades that make a big difference. The view from the back porch is worth every penny! The owner was very good about communicating with me and very sweet. The community is quiet and tons of wildlife to see from the front/back yards. We will be back!
