Great getaway
5/5 Took my kids and grandkids for a little quite getaway. This was a perfect place for us . Close to stores if we needed to go but away from the city enough that we could really unwind and relax .

What we needed
4/5 This is a large home with deck spanning the waterfront of the home. The setting is beautiful in the fall with the colors changing and the mist on the lake. We had PLENTY of room for our party of 6 adults and 5 children, with more than enough coffee cups, plates, forks, cereal bowls, etc. The seating in the open living room is also comfortable and big. We put our family with the 5 kids in the downstairs with a king for the parents and queen and bunks for the kiddos, allowing them to have privacy and also noise control. It seems this home is in the beginning phases of some exterior refreshing, and that would be good. The interior has updated bathrooms and fresh paint. Overall, it was a great value and perfect for us.
