• Very Disappointed, roach invested

  Property was very unkept and roach invested. The lawn had not been mowed in weeks with weeds over two feet tall. Roaches were all over the kitchen, in the dining room, and in the bedroom. The trash cans were packed full and smelled and it was apparent that they had not been dumped in weeks. I contacted the property manager and told her about the situation and was told that she would contact the maintenance company and let them know. No apology and in fact told me they hope I would come back to Bella Vista even if I rented from someone else. Very poor customer service from my perspective.

  - We take claims like this seriously and would like to clarify the items mentioned in your review. The homeowners immediately had a professional team investigate the property for pests. The technicians did not find any evidence of pests.
  - We do our best to keep the outdoor area clean and looking nice, however, it’s certainly possible for the weather to affect the outdoor area once our landscaping crew has left. We also use a professional cleaning crew to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guest stays.
  - Our crew does a walk-through of the home before all guest arrivals and we’re confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
  - We do have high standards of hospitality and understand how important communication is to our guests, however, we're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient. We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest.
  - While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues.
  - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

• Real nice for what we do.

  Like the location. It's in the center of our golf trip to golf courses. The house was clean. We had a bedroom for each guy. That was the great. Will try to get it on the fall trip back.

• Roaches

  People don't want to drop a thousand dollars to stay in a roach infested house. Very appalled.
