PERFECT!!! LOVED IT!!!
5/5 We rented this house for a family float trip and was very satisfied with it. The house was clean, didn't smell bad. The bedding was clean. The linens were clean and there were plenty of them. The area was beautiful. It was literally 4 minutes to a grocery store. The house was easy to find and easy to gain access to. The communication was great. I had a question for the host and he responded immediately to answer my question. Great location, the surrounding neighbors were pleasant. We accidentally left some items and the host texted me immediately to let me know we'd left some things so that we could go back and get them. Would DEFINITELY recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Bella Vista.
Fun place for family
5/5 This was the ideal place for the grandkids who lived the bunk beds, the adults who loved the balcony, and grandma who loved the quiet mornings. The owner was wonderfully responsive. Highly recommend!

Super central looking cation and very close to Lake Windsor dam
5/5 Sized just right for family with grandparents.
Permanent bunk beds downstairs were the clincher.
From headquarters we spread out to go fishing in our boat twice, golf twice. Go swimming in the pool, go to caves and hike to the trail coffee shop. And this all in 2 1/2 days.
And the kitchen allowed us to enjoy home cooked dinner on Father’s Day.
And the host extended the stay check out time allowing us to fit in an extra activity.
