Good location and plenty of room
4/5 Great spot for wedding family. House needs painting and a little TLC but the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the beds were comfy. Conveniently located between Back Forty and Yellowhammer and 10 minutes from Burritt on the Mountain

As Advertised
5/5 Visited with three friends for an extended weekend golf trip. The only issue was with the wifi when we first arrived, and it was very quickly remedied by one text to the property manager's contact number. No other problems the rest of our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay not far from downtown Huntsville.

Huntsville oasis
4/5 Overall, the home was fine and worked well for our group. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the open floor plan was very comfortable. Suggestions for improvement would be better communication with the owner as we had some questions along the way and struggled to reach the owner. Because the house is listed through a third agent, Evolve, it was delayed communication. Maybe a notebook with specific instructions and owner phone number left at the premises would be helpful. A few small things such as a large cooking pan with Teflon peeling, which is not safe for consumption. we could not run the dishwasher as there was no dishwasher soap. Minor but details matter with renters. Also would be a nice touch to have body soap in the bathrooms.
