Good place for small families
4/5 The room was nice but a little small. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped. The master shower was very tight. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My only real complaint (and it’s not the fault of the room) was the noisy people above us. Had a couple kids that ran across the floor constantly! And the dishes were not clean on first use.

Great Location/Room was good
4/5 Overall, it was a good stay.
The beach is right across the street. Access to it is a very thin alley between 2 hotels and they make sure you stay on that path. You are not allowed to walk through their parking lot. The beach was clean and not over crowded so that was nice.
The room - The kitchen was very small but had good utensils and pots/pans to choose from. The washer could only hold 2 towels at a time and was very loud, but I did appreciate having a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were not comfortable and were very loud. You could hear any time we got in or out of the bed and all movements. I had to sleep on the couch one night because my husband and I just couldn't sleep. We weren't there to do a lot in the room, we were there for the beach and activities in town, but when we were in the room the Wifi didn't work much at all. Very spotty. The room did have a closet full of beach items (wagon, boogie boards (we left 2 for them), umbrella, etc) That was very nice but we had taken our own. Save room in your car and use theirs. :) The room sizes are good and the bathrooms were nice as well. The living room had plenty of seating.
I really don't mean to sound negative about our stay. The room overall was very nice and I would probably stay there again, but wanted others to know our experience.
Booking the room through Evolve was a great experience. The agent who helped me was very nice and helpful.
Cute Condo
4/5 Cute condo. It was a bit smaller than I envisioned reading the listing, but enough room for the 3 of us (me, my husband, and our 10 year old). Pool was nice and regular residents we met were friendly. The one drawback was that while there is private beach access, it is across the road from the complex. All in all it was a really pleasant stay, though!

Fun Family Stay on the Shores
5/5 We enjoyed the condo. The best part is the pool, proximity to beach and the beach toys available to use. Some better guidance on where to park would have been helpful and I would update the sofa bed. The mattress was so thin no one wanted to sleep on it but we just used the couch. Thanks for sharing!
