  Look, you get what you pay for. This is an older building, but if you like a "deal", this is your huckleberry.

  The unit was clean and cool when we arrived. There was no toilet paper, not even a toilet paper holder. Thankfully we always travel with a roll since most places only supply the thinnest of thin. To be fair, I let the property manager know and she was apologetic and said she would rush some over. Since we were packing I told her not to worry about it. I say this to also let you know that the manager seemed responsive to any needs we may have had.

  There were plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc., salt pepper, misc spices, a roll of paper towels and dish soap. Previous guests left these so the inventory will likely change. The ice bin was full and generated lots of ice during our visit. We did not use the dishwasher or the clothes washer and dryer.

  The queen mattress was comfortable and several pillow options were available. There were an additional two twin beds in the other room and a couch in the living area could be slept also.

  The bathroom was fine with a decent shower and a normal toilet. She liked the addition of a countertop mirror to help with doing the hair.

  The TV and wi-fi were fine. The TV channels are weird and the printed guide didn't seem to match. I just picked a channel and that's what I watched during our downtime.

  The location was fantastic! While you are probably not supposed to, we walked across the street and through the hotel parking lot to access the beach...straight shot. We rented chairs and an umbrella for about $45/day. No lugging equipment to the beach and then setting up, tearing down and lugging it back. There is a market a couple of blocks to the east, a liquor store (with crazy high prices) a 1/2 block to the west and restaurants and shopping within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile generally) in all directions.

  At this price point I cannot imagine a better place!

  This place was perfect! It was short walking distances to multiple restaurants, stores, and the beach! We also got to add an extra day and our property manager was so helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

  Had a great stay, accommodations were clean & comfortable. However, very dissatisfied with the additional $30 fee to pay for parking that wasn’t explained until after the final payment was charged to my credit card. All cleaning, parking, taxes & rental fees should be included when the reservations are made. And all charges should be explained before a customer is charged. Most families have to budget for a vacation months in advance & surprise charges take away from other activities.
