Never Again!!!
1/5 Beware!!! This is some type of scam. The house was not ready at check in. We got there and people were checking out. The owner purchased dinner, we were tired so we took the offer. Than I went home for weekend the owner change the locks with all my belongings in the house. Forcing us to stand in cold rain and eventually getting a hotel room. He claimed he was on a plane. Worst experience ever!!! Than it was booked through Evolved Vacation Rental!!! No one wanted to take responsibility.

4/5 We liked the location as we were in town for graduation so good proximity. The neighborhood had some upgraded houses and some areas that appears run down and deserted. The host was great. worked with us on our needs at check out as it was also same day as the graduation. There was miscommunication regarding the cleaning, cleanliness of sheets/linens, absence of detergent at the house but the host was notified and tried his best to resolve the situation which was great. What would this make a 5 star instead of a 4 star in the future is the bedding and detergent situation but I believe there was some miscommunication with the cleaning company so host making measures to insure that does not occur again

Good place for a weekend trip
4/5 This was a good spot for 3 couples in town for a wedding. It was very close to the downtown area and made it easy to get where we needed to be. The only negative was that it wasn’t super clean, but clean and nice enough for a couple of nights!
