Auburn football game

AC broken and no screens in windows in Alabama
1/5 Property was beautiful! However, Wouldn't recommend until issues fixed.
Air conditioning was broken and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were told to open the windows. One crank was missing. When I opened the other window that did have a crank, I realized that I was opening windows with no screens😳

Hi Jessica, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they're accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
- We sincerely apologize for the unforeseen issues with the A/C. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly contacted an HVAC service, who arrived the same day. Unfortunately, it was a stormy and cool weekend, and the technician deemed it unsafe to access the unit on the roof due to lightning concerns. As a result, immediate repairs weren't possible.
- We offered to bring a portable cooling unit. However, considering the outside temperature was in the 50s, the service technician suggested opening the windows as a viable alternative. He believed this would sufficiently cool the small unit, which is one story above the ground level with a garage beneath, ensuring safety. Since you declined the portable unit, we presumed the cool temperatures were effective. In recognition of the inconvenience this caused, we promptly provided a partial refund in accordance with industry standards.
- We're pleased to share that the HVAC has been fixed. The technician repaired a coolant leak, ensuring the unit is now working properly.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.Dad's Weekend

Auburn Men’s Basketball Game
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect for a couple. The host was available if needed. We were a little concerned about the Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
