Clean and fine, but not my first choice in summer
3/5 Even though this is a smokeless place, the entire apartment reeks of tobacco smoke from the chain smoking neighbors. Due to the heat, we wanted to open the windows but couldn’t without getting significant second hand smoke. And we couldn’t open the windows in the main room because none had bug screens. So we melted badly and all our things smell like cigarette smoke from the atmosphere and contact surfaces. Otherwise, we can tell the homeowners tried to be good hosts.

Nice place for our Softball Tournament
4/5 My family and I stayed here during my daughter’s softball tournament. The space was nice and clean. Everything had been updated and the deck was wonderful. My only issue was the neighbors smoking outside the bedroom windows. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.
Fantastic place and best host!
5/5 This is probably the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed at. Very charming and comfortable with a large deck to sit outside and enjoy the midnight sun. I stayed in Fairbanks for a few days before heading to Denali, the location was great and close to everything I needed.
Stephen, the host was FANTASTIC. He was very quick to respond to my texts, very friendly, helpful, patient and had a great sense of humor. Even when I locked myself out on the first day (the keypad instructions are very clear and simple to follow, my sleep deprived brain did just did not follow the instructions). Stephen immediately responded and his wife drove out of her way to assist with getting me back in which was truly appreciated.
I would absolutely stay there again and 100% recommend this place and the host.
Thank you for such a great introduction to Alaska, I'll be back!
Quality stay
3/5 Great house east to get to. because it was Winter parking was rough to get in. Had to move vehicle for plows to make us space, fuel had run out before we got there so house was at about 50 degrees. Host communicated with us after but took a little bit to get heat back in. Didn’t help it was -20 or so outside. Rooms were nice, large living room and kitchen. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Other then minor inconveniences good stay
