It was clean and simple but met needs
Definitely need a car to get anywhere including food Uber very unreliable and taxis look limited

Great home base for Fairbanks fun!
5/5 We were in town for a wedding and loved having our own space. It is a very well equipped unit! The kitchen in particular really impressed us.
There was plenty of laundry detergent, cleansers, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc. One of our party was ill for part of the stay & we were able to isolate him & sanitize around him, no problem. 😂

Comfortable Condo
4/5 Good choice for a family. Quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to downtown and other popular areas. Condo is clean and spacious. Nice upgrades in most of the unit, a few things are still somewhat dated. Outdoor spaces had not yet been cleaned for the season and do not have furniture.

Great amenities + clean
4/5 We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (microwave, pans, tupperware, blender). The bedrooms were a decent size (with a closet/storage in each one), and the house was clean upon arrival. Our only complaint is that the piping system is kind of loud. At least that's what we think it was. The noises can be heard from the bedroom at all hours. It's not super loud, but it did either wake us up or keep us up a few times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, and we were able to access downtown and other locations easily with a car.
