5/5 within 5-20 min of everything we wanted to visit. It was unusually hot so the traditional no ac was a challenge for our family. all systems worked well. easy parking and home access. would use again for a Fairbanks visit.

Great home base for Fairbanks fun!
5/5 We were in town for a wedding and loved having our own space. It is a very well equipped unit! The kitchen in particular really impressed us.
There was plenty of laundry detergent, cleansers, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc. One of our party was ill for part of the stay & we were able to isolate him & sanitize around him, no problem. 😂

Comfortable Condo
4/5 Good choice for a family. Quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to downtown and other popular areas. Condo is clean and spacious. Nice upgrades in most of the unit, a few things are still somewhat dated. Outdoor spaces had not yet been cleaned for the season and do not have furniture.
