3/5 The apartment is situated in a triplex. The unit is located downstairs next to a communal laundry room. The outside of the building does not match the rental unit. The inside of the unit is updated and nicely decorated and well stocked for all your needs. I gave this a rating of 3 stars for the following reason. Upon entering the apartment we were overwhelmed with the smell of airfreshner. We immediately opened the windows and slider to let in some fresh air. We found two plug in glade airfreshners and unplugged them and put them in the utility closet. Unfortunately, our attempts at "airing" out the apartment didn't work. I eventually had to wrap the airfresheners in two garbage bags and set them outside the front door. Everything in the apartment ( sheets, towels, papertowels, Kleenex, coffee filters, etc..) smelled like the air freshner. It was pretty assaulting on the nose, eyes and throat. We never asked Evolve for a fix because we just kept trying to fix it ourselves. I've never had this happen in all of our travels and have never been happier to leave a rental home. The smell was so intense we had to wash all of our clothes when we got home and can still smell it on our suitcases. I hope Evolve fixes this because the home is very cozy and clean.

5/5 Very comfortable 8 day winter stay. Well appointed decor, clean, wood flooring throughout a plus, great mattresses and quiet. Car is needed.
