Location location location! This studio not only boasts privacy, but also a premier location on the upscale north end steps from the boardwalk and beach. The unit is steps away from the sound of the ocean; right at the action, but you can get away from the action with ease!
It’s also close to Ft. Story Army Base, the Virginia Aquarium, Virginia Beach convention center, Ocean Breeze Waterpark and the King Neptune statue.
As a part of the Oceans II community, this studio grants access to the pool and private, gated beachfront lawn equipped with chairs, tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. The award-winning restaurant, EAT, is located on-site for a great dining experience.
Enjoy bike riding with the use of the 2 provided bicycles to reach many festivals, concerts, and restaurants.
The historic Cavalier Hotel is a couple of blocks away, so this studio is in the perfect location for travelers attending weddings or functions on the beach or at these historic venues.

5/5 Wonderful stay! At the top of the boardwalk was amazing! Grassy frontage was perfect for beach book reading! Bikes helped us enjoy the incredible boardwalk!!!Loved it. Would so stay again!!!

5/5 Most of my trip revolved around the wonderful family I was visiting. But! The location and unit I stayed in was wonderful! Steps to the Boardwalk and oceanfront! The unit had everything I needed, was very comfortable, and "beachy!" I would highly recommend it!!
Perfect little place on the beach
5/5 The two of us stayed here and it was just perfect. The decor is lovely and there was so much room for such a small space. Lots of great storage areas. Kitchen was nice and had just about everything you could need. This studio looks out to the pool next door. The beach is on the other side of the building and it takes about one minute to walk from the apartment to the beach. There is an amazing outdoor area with a lawn and chairs that looks directly at the beach. The entrance to the boardwalk was about a one minute walk from the apartment. They provide beach towels, chairs and two bikes which were all in good shape. The communication from the host was excellent. Overall staying here was a lovely experience and I would happily stay here again.
