Excellent spot for families wanting ocean/beach front stay
5/5 The condo was exactly as described in the posting and met or exceeded our expectations. Very spacious for a family of 5. Outstanding balcony and view. The resort itself was in perfect location (right on beach, 5 mins from downtown Cabo and all the restaurants/activities). Security was noticeable and top notch the whole time although didn’t feel like it was over the top. Only criticism would be the food and drink pricing at the resort which as others have posted was ridiculous but since our expectations were set going in was not a surprise. Maggie helped us find a grocery service that delivered and everything was in our fridge and pantry when we arrived. Don’t rent a car - Uber is very easy even for Uber XL with more than 4 people. Would definitely return.

Nice and relaxing
5/5 Villa La Estancia is very upscale and enjoyable. The staff was kind and helpful with everything. The apartment was spotless and the recommendations by the owner were very helpful. Our family greatly enjoyed the trip.

Beautiful home and lovely resort
5/5 Really great location! $9 cab ride to downtown. House was really beautiful and very comfortable. Cleaning staff was helpful and thorough. We cooked, ate out, and ordered room service. It was the perfect balance of resort life and privacy. We will be back!

Quiet Luxury and Relaxation
5/5 We stayed here for our spring break and a family friend’s 18th birthday. The hotel is very quiet with many rules and restrictions to ensure you have a peaceful stay. There is no music at the pool so if you are looking for a fun atmosphere you might want to go to the sister property next door that has a fun slide for the kids and a DJ. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Suzan was very helpful with her newsletter and tips and had great communication with us. The guys went fishing one day and another day we rented a sail boat and went snorkeling. We even got to see the whales as they are not out deep but in the bay!! Fishing was a dud but they stayed close and didn’t go out deep. It’s a little far to walk into town unless you are in your walking shoes, lol! The hotel ks very safe and keeps a log of taxis and cars that come in and out and which passengers are with them. We never felt unsafe and took taxis into town several times.
This is a very beautiful property with top notch staff and service, you will not be disappointed!!
