  The property was clean & well stocked. Unit location was close to the pool and BBQ. Great City, Marina and Sea views from the balcony. 15 minute walk to the beach.

  We really enjoyed the property and Elihu was very helpful with any questions. We will definitely be back...

  Words cannot express enough how nice the condo was. Everything we expected and more. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed many nights out there! I believe that made the condo experience! The hot tubs and pools were also wonderful.Our contact guide was terrific. He was there for us with every concern. In the amenities section there was to be a land line in the condo (which would have helped immensely) but there was not. We could not get any service from our cell phones. Our contact called for our taxies, food deliveries and basically everything we needed. We would have been lost without him!The beds were so very comfortable!!! Just wished there were more blankets. We could have used more washcloths and towels. I'm not fond of having to do laundry on my vacation. We were given one wash cloth and two towels a piece for our 10 day stay. Other than that PARADISE!!!!

• Noise & No Sun

  The Condo is ok. Furniture is all completely wore out including Master bed. Noise starts at 9 am Jack hammering and ends at 5. It gets better the noise then starts agin around 11 from the clubs below and ends anywhere from 4am-6am. My wife and I are seasoned travellers and never write reviews or bother with it. It is time all this stops. People are being taken advantage of, and simply being Misinformed ruining holidays and countless dollars. It is time home owners start taking responsibility for mismanaged run down rentals!

  - Thank you for choosing to stay in my condo for your vacation, as I know you had other places to choose from
  - I take all feedback seriously, so I appreciate that you took the time to leave a review
  - Since your stay, my outdoor furniture and two televisions have been replaced. Additionally, I have new drapes on order for the condo
  - While I try to accommodate all guests' comfort, I'm sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. I will look into seeing if it needs to be replaced, as the comfort of my guests is important
  - I respectfully disagree with the statement that all the furniture is "completely worn out", but I'm always ready to replace items if needed
  - My listing and the pre-stay documents state that there's construction in the area and will continue through strictly controlled work times and that loud music floats in from Cabo until 3:30am and has always been part of the Cabo San Lucas scene. I'm sorry this affected your stay
  I truly go above and beyond for our guests, and I'm confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
