    The house was perfect for our stay & in a great location, walking distance to Universal Studios & accessible to other LA attractions, including Dodgers Stadium & Griffith Park.

  • Beautiful, clean, and spacious

    This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. Everything we needed was available. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were clean and fresh. The property itself was immaculate. We loved that it is privately gated The guest contact, Roger, was very kind and very helpful. If you are going to Universal Studios, it's close enough to walk to the tram. Big plus for our needs. The only things that weren't perfect were the water pressure in the showers (very low). And the WiFi. We were only able to get it to work on our first night. Otherwise it would connect for just a moment then disconnect. We did do some minimal trouble shooting, restarting, forgetting device, etc. But ultimately we were fine without it so we left it alone. Regardless, we will be recommending this property to anyone we know going this way. And hopefully we will have the pleasure of staying here again as well.

  • Awesome house and location!

    The house was great! Tucked away on a quiet street. We felt super safe with the gated access. The main house and the guest house were decorated beautifully. The firepit area with the string lights was awesome! Super convenient to Universal, the freeway, restaurants and shopping. We loved the property and would definitely stay here again!

  • Beautiful Property with Issues

    The home itself is beautiful. The lot is great with a well-kept second home in the back that is great for kids or additional travelers.

    The issues started upon arrival though. There was no key in the lock box, so this resulted in us trying to contact evolve and the contact for entry for nearly 40 minutes to gain access. There is no garage access, contradicting the details of the booking and the official email about the booking. The trash outside was overflowing and the contact didn't seem too concerned. There was a miserable bug problem. We probably killed over 100 ants that had found a way in and a dozen quarter-sized spiders. There were easily two to three dozen more visible outside in the trees, bushes, and along the side of the guest house.

    Honestly though, given the location and the price, it's worth it to stay here if you're visiting Universal or Warner.

    - The gate code issue was promptly addressed by the manager, allowing access to the property.
    - The garage is not available for guest use, and this information has been updated in the property description. However, the driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles.
    - The outdoor trash situation was handled, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
    - We applied bug spray to address the ants and spiders, which are common in the summer months.
    We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

    nice and clean house. great location.

    attached house have windows with no curtains which will force us to wake up early with first sun shine.

    also, loan workers came to clean and blow the front and back yard and they have access to the gate, no one notify us about that.
