Nice home on top of hill in vineyard
3/5 Nice, cozy home.
Can hear traffic noise as it’s close to a main road that is fairly empty so cars pass by at high speed
One of the bathrooms did not have hot water - otherwise everything was good.
Previous person who stayed there had left muffins that had mold.
Expect to find some spiders etc.
Overall enjoyed our stay with our pet dog.

- Although outside factors are outside of our control, we're truly sorry that the noise from the traffic had a negative impact on your stay. While the property is described as 'secluded and serene,' there can be faint noise from the highway that's almost a mile away.
- Regarding the hot water issue in the back bathroom, please note that the water has to travel a long distance from the garage, which can cause delays in reaching the back shower. We are looking into installing an instant water heater to resolve this. In the meantime, we'll inform guests that they might need to let the water run for a bit before it gets hot.
- About the food left behind, we wish you had reached out during your stay. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address your concerns. We'll inform our cleaning staff to be more vigilant in checking all areas moving forward.
- This is the first we've heard of the spider issue. We have regular pest control at the property and will discuss additional mitigation options with them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
