Wedding Party House
4/5 We rented the house for our wedding party to all stay in one location. The listing did give the impression that the house was a bit more secluded, this as very much not the case. The backyard photos are well angled to not include the neighbors on all sides, incredibly close. We wouldn't have minded per se, but it was more about the expectation.
The listing made the bed layout all seem as though there were more sleeping arrangements then was actually practical. Again, not an issue per se, but since we had 5 couples it was a bit of a Tetris battle re-assigning sleeping arrangements.
The house has a cute log cabin appearance and living spaces made it really nice for us all to lounge. Sound travels throughout the whole house and everything creeks, so we did have to factor that into were we enjoyed various leisure time.
There was a bit of a miscommunication regarding check in time, but the owner was very communicative and assisted to remedy ASAP.
Overall we enjoyed the property, I think there were just a few misguided expectations.

Old Friends
4/5 We were able to visit with two other couples who are old friends. The location of the property was ideal for visiting Mills River, Hendersonville, and Brevard. The house is a very nice home with good amenities. Everyone enjoyed our get-together with involved lots of old stories and shared laughter.

Family fun time
5/5 House was great, clean, decorated nicely, spaceious enough to go off for 5 min alone. Well maintained and the beds were comfortable and I especially like the soft sheets. Ping pong was fun even though that space could stand some fans as it got very humid.

5/5 We loved this property. It was close to attractions and had enough bedrooms and baths for our clan. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. The ping pong table in the garage was a great hit!

Great House But Watch Out for Nails
4/5 The house layout and location are great. The owner responded quickly to any questions. There were exposed nails on the deck and the interior hardwood floors. There were not enough towels for all of our guests and only 1 pillow per adult, so might want to bring your own. The yard is great, but not a lot of seating for the number of guests the house can hold.

- We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the nails. Due to drastic temperature changes, nails can sporadically pop up on the deck and hardwood floors. We check and fix these issues regularly to ensure safety.
- We provide pillows and towels for all 12 allowed guests. Additional pillows and throw blankets are available on the couches and chaises.
