Mouse Dropping
3/5 Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by all the mouse droppings in the bedroom and in the living room. Not sure how recently the was rented, but seemed like it hadnt been checked before our arrival.

-We sincerely apologize for the presence of mouse droppings during your stay. Upon investigation, our housekeeper reported that no droppings were found during the regular checks of cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. The droppings were first noticed by you, and the photos you provided show one dropping on the comforter and one on the living room side table. These were found the next morning after your arrival, not upon check-in, indicating that a prior inspection might not have revealed the issue. Despite ongoing checks, no further droppings have been found.
-We understand that you reached out to our contact person the next day, but since your stay was short, we did not have the opportunity to address the issue before you left. Subsequently, we did catch a mouse, but we have not seen any other signs of rodents.
We would like the opportunity to make this up to you on your next stay. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and ensure a more comfortable experience for all our guests.Wonderful Stay!

5/5 I was just passing through town but this property was very nice, quiet, and not far from Sumerset. Would definitely recommend
