  We had a great experience while staying at this house. It was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable.

  The location is ideal. There is a Walmart nearby. The area has heavy traffic so plan accordingly.

  The House is ideal for a family trip. Every bedroom upstairs had its own private bathroom - this was a huge plus. The laundry room (located upstairs) is also a great size. Each bedroom had sufficient pillows and blankets. There was about two (2) bath towels provided for each room.

  There is a 6th bedroom downstairs with a king sized bed. That bedroom is the only room without a private bathroom. The bathroom is located just outside that bedroom and is intended as the main bathroom for the house guests, while downstairs.

  The game room was well stocked with plenty to do but it was too hot! There are 2 mini plug in fans located inside of the game room but the heat in that garage was just unbearable. I would suggest installing a mini split A/C to get great use of that room.

  The house AC is controlled and the house itself also felt hot at times. We all slept without the use of blankets due to the warmth.

  I emailed the AC concern to the manager and did not receive a response. I would kindly suggest a rapid response time as this was my only complaint. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would consider staying again - so long as we can control our own AC. Thank you!

• Very disappointing

  There were too many problems to list here but here's the short list: Only one dish towel for the week, no dish cloths, no wash clothes in the bathrooms, coffee carafe broken, ice maker broken, no water in the refrigerator, both lounge chairs broken and both umbrellas broken.

  - We’re happy to share that all of your concerns were resolved within 24 hours. Our local crew dropped off all of the extra items you requested. Unfortunately, two chairs were broken by the prior guest, however, there were still enough chairs for you to use during your stay. The umbrellas were also damaged from the rain and wind and we are in the process of replacing them.
  - We have high standards of hospitality and prioritize every guest experience by doing all we can to accommodate guests. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient. We look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!
