  The place itself was fine and matched the photos accurately. We did encounter a few bugs, but to the host's credit, she was quick to send a maintenance person out to resolve the issues. She even sent a list of things before the trip that we needed to specifically bring as it was not included in the house, which was appreciated so we didn't have to scramble after we got there.

  However, things took a turn for the worse when the host became rude and unprofessional. I understand she was dealing with a personal family emergency, but that does not excuse how she talked to me. I simply asked if there were additional trash bags available, as the one we had in the kitchen filled up quickly with a large group over the weekend. Her response was completely unwarranted, and I have screenshots to prove the rude nature of our conversation, which I would have included if there was an option to add pictures.

  While the property was adequate, the interaction with the host made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—it’s not worth dealing with the poor management.

  - We're very sorry to hear about your interaction with the previous host and that it negatively impacted your stay. Due to repeated issues, we've decided to let them go and now have a new host in place who is much more attentive to guest needs.
  - We appreciate you letting us know about the bugs you encountered. We've since hired Orkin for a professional treatment to ensure this doesn't happen again.

• Not worth the price!

  For the price of this property, it was not as nice as the pictures showed. The fact that we had to supply literally everything and we were told on the day of check-in was obnoxious. I have never paid for a rental and had to supply everything down to the actual toilet paper!

  We had an amazing time, the cottage was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, a tv in every room, 3 baths with showers. There was a washer and dryer and a dish washer in the kitchen. We were 20 yards from the ocean with a spectacular view. Thank you for an awesome stay.
