Mexico Beach Vacation Rental
5/5 I usually have 2 things I look for in a stay. Clean and Safe. This place hit both out of the park! We really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was directly across the road and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do while visiting the area.
Good location but needs more essentials
3/5 Loved the location but we were a little disappointed with the lack of essentials. There wasn’t a dishcloth- a dish towel or even a sponge in the unit to hand wash dishes or at least wipe off the counters. There was one hand towel for two bathrooms.
However, the bed was comfortable and the furniture in the living area was nice. I should’ve read the listing for the unit a little closer because there wasn’t an iron, ironing board or even a hair dryer in the unit. The complex needs some TLC on the outside- green mold on stucco, items discarded in stairwell and no where outside to wash beach chairs or your feet. However, you can go inside the pool area to wash these things off but it is a very small area and sand would go all over the small amount of concrete and run into pool. We wanted to use one of the 2 gas grills but one was covered in old food with ants and the other grill grate was so thick with burnt food- we couldn’t use it. The washing machine had dirt, dust and sand on the top under lid. Balcony is large but compared to other units- sparsely furnished. I am sure some will think these things are petty but when I pay almost 800.00 for 3 nights - I expect a unit to provide essentials that are necessary. The owner was responsive and allowed us to check in early which was very apprecated.
Perfect Location
5/5 We had a great stay! I have one kid that likes the beach and one that likes the pool so it was a win win for us. Close enough to walk to beach or shops. We had a great time.

Amazing Condo with Heated Pool Hot Tub and Easy Walk to the Beach!
5/5 Thank you to Unit 105 for an amazing stay. We were lucky to find this two bedroom two bath unit that had access to the Mexico Beach canal and an effortless walk to the pristine beaches. The unit was very clean and was ready for us when we checked in.
King size mattress bed was very nice and spacious. The walk in shower is very luxurious and had the feel of a fancy resort.
The small appliances were perfect for morning coffee and making breakfast and had everything needed for our stay. I would highly recommend and will stay here again!

5/5 We had a great stay. Everything was clean with beautiful views of the harbor and beach. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time.
