  Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The home was very clean. The only TV that worked properly was the living room TV. The master bedroom suite TV does not work and is very outdated. For the most part we had everything we needed except cleaning supplies. For a home that sleeps 14, I would suggest they mention that only 4 cars are acceptable before booking. After booking, I was surprised to see that we could only park 4 cars on the premises with 14 people coming from different areas. Which resulted in us having to park at other places away from the home. One of the things none of us was okay with. The home had a garage but it was not accessible. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected. Before checking in I had to fill out a questionnaire & submit information that I felt a little uncomfortable about. If a few changes were made, I would stay here again.

  From the owner: "Thank you so much for your review and I am sorry for all the inconvenience that you present during your stay, we're delighted you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the cleanliness of the home.
  
  All TVs are tested before and after each stay and were found properly working after departure but we always encourage guests to feel free to contact management or check out our detailed appliance operation in the house manual as supplied in our messages received before arrival.
  
  The listing clearly indicates there is free parking on site for 4 vehicles. Additional parking is nearby. The listing, as well as the house rules, are also very clear that the garage is not guest accessible. Again, if there was any questions on the information you received at booking and before arrival, management would have been happy to clarify had we been given the opportunity to do so.
  
  To walk to the beach in under 5 minutes from the front door is a highly desirable amenity among guests. There are plenty of hotels that are closer but certainly do not have the amenities, affordable rates, or guest capacity that we do.
  
  Guests are asked to submit their phone numbers for access code creation as we certainly would not want someone else arriving and enjoying your vacation. If this was of any concern at any time, we could have been made aware of the concern and would have been happy to cancel the stay.
  
  As we have exhaustively explained the aforementioned prior to arrival to this guest, no changes are deemed necessary. We consistently provide the 5-star experience we are known for and welcome you to stay with us again."

• Good location, ok property

  I've rented dozens of properties over the years, here is my honest assessment.

  Pros: The property is located just blocks from the beach and fishing harbor and there is plenty of room for larger groups. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there is a bring your own propane grill. Master suite is spacious and bed was comfortable.

  Cons: Management is unwilling to address problems and was condescending to my suggestions.

  The triple bunk bed room gets hot and there is no way to turn the AC down to get it comfortable. Management told me to turn on the fan -- which was already on.

  No exterior hoses or shower to wash sand off after the beach. Management suggested we use pitchers of water.

  Cleaning supplies not adequate for even the basics of scrubbing dishes. Management suggested I go buy my own cleaning supplies.

  Given that 2 of my 3 suggestions were for the benefit of the owners of the property (me trying to keep their property clean), I highly suggest to the owners that they find a new property management team.

  Hi Christopher, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - We're glad you found the location to be optimal and suitable for larger groups. We're also happy you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and found the accommodations spacious and comfortable.
  - We apologize if the offered solutions weren't suitable for you. We want our guests to be comfortable, and while the entire home is centrally air-conditioned, we also have ceiling fans in each room to help tailor the airflow according to individual preferences. Additionally, guests can adjust the air vents in each room if necessary.
  - Regarding beach access, we do provide information in the house manual, sent from Evolve before check-in, about nearby access points with free showers. Our guests are also free to utilize pitchers filled with water to address any sand brought back from the beach. Also, a broom and vacuum are available to handle any sand that may find its way into the home.
  - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
  - The house manual is provided so that our guests can prepare before their visit, and we invite them to reach out if they have any questions or would like clarification.
  We appreciate your stay at our beach home, and we hope that you enjoyed your visit overall.

• Wish We Could Stay Longer

  13 of my friends and I booked this place as we decided to take a trip. We found one of the only houses that met our price range and had enough beds for all of us so we were not expecting anything super nice. We found, though, that the place was much nicer than we thought, as well as it being surprisingly close to the beach (5 min walk). I talked to the owner before the trip and he was very helpful with all accommodations before and throughout the trip. 10/10 would definitely recommend for its price, location, quality, and ease. The only few problems I would say is that it was hard to clean off as the outdoor hose was locked and it was difficult to cook with limited supplies but it did not take away from the experience at all. Great place, thanks!

• Beautiful new house but lacks comfort

  House was new, clean, and felt safe. But it needs nicer finishing touches. The couches were cheap futons and uncomfortable, smaller TV, and was cold without an area rug in the living room (we visited in the winter). Cheap metal stools and dining room table. The outdoor furniture also wasn’t great. We did spent all day out doing things but when we returned in the evening it would have been nice for it to be more comfortable.

  The main living room offers guests a large 55" streaming TV, and each of the bedrooms has there own streaming TV with the Executive Suite offering a 42" streaming TV.
  
  All furniture is upgraded for guest comfort and is specially designed to offer the greatest experience whether it be for relaxing or gathering.
