  We had three families stay at the house for a weekend getaway and ski at Gore. Location was great. Listing is misleading as it shows a full house but it is only part of the home. Listing should be updated to state townhome or duplex. There was a lot of dust bunnies and cobwebs in some of the bedrooms. When the kids were playing in the basement and had to get something under the couch they brought out beer cans, goldfish and dust bunnies from under the couch. The chairs in the dinning room ripped holes in three people’s pants since the nails were sticking up. We had to push them back in and ended up putting a barrier over one of the nails. I notified the contact all I received was I’ll tell the owner and nothing else. If you are looking for a comfy place to relax on the couch and sit by the fire this is not the place. The couches on the main level are not comfortable. We mostly sat on the floor or at the dinning room table with caution. We did have a great time and skiing at Gore was wonderful. If we go back to ski we will find a different place to stay for the price and cleanliness.

  Very comfortable beds, clean property. Town was great and not too far from Lake George where we took the grandchildren to see Dino Roar Valley.

  Property was very nice did not realize it was a duplex. Are both sides available. Or is ,the other unit owner only ?
