  The location was good. A block off the Parkway. That’s why I would even give it one star.

  The condo was in bad shape. The remote for the TV in the living room didn’t work. I swapped out the batteries, still did not work.

  The kitchen ceiling had a vent that was hanging down. Also, the kitchen cabinets had holes in them.

  The ceiling above the tub/shower in the bathroom had a large water stain. It seemed dirty around the entire area above tub/shower.

  The mattress on the bed was terrible. It was difficult to get out of bed and to stay on our sides because the mattress was low in the middle.

  One ply toilet paper and one ply paper towels. Luckily we didn’t plan on eating at the condo, as the refrigerator and freezer were too small to hold many groceries. There also wasn’t a toaster to toast our bagels in the morning.

  Whoever is managing this condo for the host, is doing a terrible job.

  Hi Steve, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the convenient location close to the Parkway, but we’re sorry to hear that the condition of the condo didn’t meet your expectations. After discussing your comments with the homeowner, they wanted to address the following:
  -These issues have been repaired, and the upstairs owner has been notified about the ongoing leak. However, it’s disappointing that these problems weren’t addressed sooner. Had the homeowner been informed by the cleaner or Evolve, these repairs would have been completed well before your stay.
  -A new remote has been provided and is now fully functional. Again, if the homeowner had been notified of the issue earlier, it would have been resolved before your arrival.
  -Mattress comfort is highly subjective. While some guests have found the bed comfortable, we understand it wasn’t to your preference. The homeowner is considering future upgrades, but it’s important to note that the mattress is not shabby, and many guests have been pleased with it.
  -The refrigerator is compact and best suited for shorter stays. There is a toaster oven available for toasting bagels, and we hope this provided some convenience during your stay.
  -The homeowner has discussed your concerns with the cleaning and management team to ensure better inspections and quicker resolutions in the future. It’s crucial for issues to be communicated promptly to prevent any negative impact on the guest experience.

  Impressed with the location and easy of walking distances to places. Loved the condo set up and cleanliness. Would love to come back in the fall/winter to experience more!
